Lazy Saturday


Howdy! Hope your weekend is going great so far. Mine is not too shabby.

Weighed in this morning at 234.6 lbs. That's down almost 20 pounds. We'll see what tomorrow brings. Hopefully under 234, but I am not holding my breath.

Saturday was a work around the house day. Big thing was trying to figure out why the vent on the microwave above the stove doesn't work very well. And I can say that after dismounting, opening the vent, resetting the vent, testing, moving the vent, testing, and reseating the vent, I am still no closer as to understanding why it won't draw in more smoke.  There is a lot of air being blown out the top, but it is not forming much of a vacuum to draw the smoke up.

Tomorrow, some yard work and some schoolwork!

Food Diary for Saturday 9th of March:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, over easy, fried in butter
                2 pieces of Canadian Bacon
                10 oz of Coffee with 2 packets of SitR

AM Snack: 10 green beans
                   15 cashews

Lunch:  bowl of the Cincinnati Chili

PM Snack: 0.5 of an 88% Cacao Bar

Dinner: 2 bowls of Chicken and Dumpling Soup (dumplings made with Coconut Flour)

Water: About 80 oz

Sleep: about 8 hours of interrupted sleep

Exercise: Normal walking around and heavy lifting today
