Vacation...

Going to Hawaii! Got all the reservations made and we are good to go! 20 years we've been married and it's going to be a great trip! Very exciting, I must say. Now I just can't wait until this summer!

Weigh in this morning was 241. Still all over the board, but the trend is down, so that's a good thing.

Food diary for Tuesday 19th of February:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, over easy
                3 slices of Canadian Bacon
                10 oz of Black Coffee w/1 SitR packet

AM Snack: 10 cashews
                   10 macadamias
                   15 green beans
                   20 oz of Black Coffee w/3 SitR packets

Lunch: 2 left over Ground Pork and Apple Sliders from last night
           Big Ol' Salad w/Yellow Mustard

PM Snack: Nothin', due to an early dinner

Dinner: Royal Red Robin Burger (on a plate with lettuce, no condiments)
            1 serving Sweet Potato Fries

After dinner: 3 Squares of Endangered Species 88% Cacao bar (pretty tasty!)

Water: 80 oz (give or take)

Sleep: 8 hours

Exercise: 30 minutes on the stationary bike
