Headache Blogging

I haven't missed a day yet, so I'm doing a quick update today because my head is killing me.

Weight: 236.2 lbs, which is up but not by much.


Food Diary for Monday 4th of March: 

Breakfast: 2 eggs, over easy, fried in butter
                2 pieces of Canadian Bacon
                10 oz of Coffee with 2 packets of SitR

AM Snack: Nada

Lunch: Chili Verde (Everyday Paleo Family recipe)
            Big Ol' Salad

PM Snack: 12 cashews

Dinner: Bacon Burger (Paleo Indulgences recipe)
            Big Ol' Salad w/yellow mustard

Water: About 80 oz

Sleep: about 7 hours

Exercise: 1.5 sets of the Abs Diet Original Workout (Headache made me quit halfway through.)

Tylenol PM and off to bed, hopefully to feel better in the morning.
