Decent morning, led to a good 2 hours in the afternoon, followed by an hour of hell, and ended with 3 hours of pretty good. Started off well, if not early, enough. Made a decent breakfast and a strong cup of coffee. Eventually got the oldest boy down to work on his missing and late school work. Took the boys to their first Kung Fu advancement test, which they passed.
Got home and all the positives were sucked out of the house due to a major tantrum by oldest son. He struggles with why you have to do something right the first time, and so failed a major test which he can't retake. I was...displeased and let him know it. By the time his tantrum was over, his room was clean and the backyard had been cleared of dog droppings. His behavior definitely got me to the end of my rope.
He was able to come back and get the rest of the missing work done and we had a relatively pleasant afternoon and evening.
Food Diary for Saturday, 16th of February.
Breakfast: 2 Primal Scotch Eggs (pictured below next to the hard boiled ones)
12 oz of Double Black Diamond Coffee with 1 packet of SitR
Morning Snack: Handful of Almonds
Lunch: 3 oz of Rib Eye Steak
Afternoon Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs
Dinner: Big serving of the Lamb and Veggies (heavy on the veggies) from earlier this week
Green and Black Organic 85% Cacao bar (12 little squares)
Water: 60 oz.
Sleep: 7 hours
Exercise: 30 minutes Stationary Bike
Hurm, what else to talk about? Not much, really kind of drained. Gonna go do that bike ride now and then hit the showers and bed!
